Guest research and browser storage

Guest research uses a temporary cookie lasting up to 24 hours to apply research limits. The service also uses a daily hash of the network address to limit abuse. These are usage controls, not a saved account. Hosting providers may process network addresses and request logs to operate and protect the site.

Your profit and ROI preferences are stored in this browser. When you choose sign-in from an analysis, a temporary report is kept in the same tab for up to 30 minutes. It is cleared after a confirmed save, removed when an expired copy is checked, or cleared when the browser ends that tab’s session. Closing the tab or blocking storage can prevent recovery. Guest reports are not automatically saved to My Garage.

Saved reports and support

ChatGPT provides your account identifier, email and, when available, display name. Saved reports are associated with your account and can include VINs, listing links, photo links, research, estimates, repair choices and notes. Reports remain until deleted.

Feedback can be sent without signing in. We store your message, the page, submission time and an account or temporary guest identifier. A reply email is optional and is used to follow up. Feedback is available to the configured support account and is eligible for removal after 90 days during service cleanup. Avoid passwords, payment details and other sensitive information.

Connected services

Vehicle and lot searches go to Apibara.tech. Vehicle descriptions and location can go to Tavily to find comparable listings and part prices. VIN decoding uses NHTSA. Photo display and source links can connect your browser to the original image or listing provider. Those providers apply their own policies.

FlipBro uses hosted database storage for saved reports, feedback and research controls. Auction results may be reused for one minute and market research for up to six hours; empty market results may be reused for 15 minutes. Expired cache and usage records are removed during service cleanup. Aggregate service counts and waiting times are kept for approximately 30 days; they do not contain VINs, report text or account identifiers.

Beta access has no subscription charge. If payments become available and you choose to purchase, Stripe will handle payment details. FlipBro’s billing integration stores subscription references and status, not card numbers.

Your controls

Use Report → Download report file to export a vehicle and its assumptions. You can delete individual saved cars in My Garage. Use Help & feedback for account-level export, deletion or other data questions. Sign in when making a request about your account so ownership can be verified; a reply email alone does not authorize changes to private records.

Downloaded files are under your control. Clearing browser data removes local preferences and temporary reports. Hosting backup retention and recovery are controlled by the hosting provider; this page does not promise an immediate purge of provider backups.
